Paul Bonaros

Mr. Bonaros is a founding partner of Paradigm Wealth and serves as Managing Director for the firm. Paul is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing with a Minor in Finance. His financial professional career began in 2001 as an intern for a major wire house firm in Boca Raton, Florida before he was licensed and independent in 2003. His entire career has been spent in the Wealth Management space in South Florida with clients all over the country. Before joining Paradigm in his current role Paul was a top advisor and Managing Director of Investment Services with his previous organization. In this role he was responsible for the strategic direction of the firm as it pertains to investment services and business development with the firms’ top advisors and their high-net worth clients as well as his own.

His current responsibilities include business development, investment strategy implementation and firm operations. Paul plays an active role in his community as he is a past President of Rotary Club - Boca Raton Central Chapter and key supporter of The Place of Hope, Rinker Campus.  Paul and his wife Melissa reside in Boca Raton, Florida with their three daughters Alexa, Julia & Gabriella.
